Gagik Minasyan: We have an electoral system where it is impossible to control the citizen

In the studio of the program “Questioning the Powerholder”, Artak Muradyan hosts parliamentary candidate from the Republican Party of Armenia Gagik Minasyan. Minasyan explains, the key members of RPA campaign are PM Karen Karapetyan, Defense Minister Vigen Sargsyan and Minister of Justice Arpine Hovhannisyan, as it is the prime minister who should be the major player during the campaign. He will also be the candidate from RPA for the position of PM after parliamentary elections.

“The candidacy of Arpine Hovhannisyan is a message to the women and that of Vigen Sargsyan is a message to the youth,” Gagik Minasyan adds.

The candidate refers to emigration, believing that this problem is common in a number of countries and it's not the fault of the Republicans. He emphasizes that in the last five years, the level of democracy has significantly increased owing to the efforts of the Republican party.
