Hayk Hovhannisyan: The difference between a human being and an animal is the ability to negotiate
People often apply to the courts due to the lack of knowledge about the fact that the problems may be solved in an alternative way without the involvement of the court.
In the studio of the program “Hard Talk”, Arman Suleymanyan hosts lawyer Hayk Hovhannisyan. The lawyer emphasizes that the client should always be told the truth.
“There are some cases when I say, sorry, but I am not able to help you, as the law is against you,” Hovhannisyan says.
The lawyer notes that people often apply to the courts due to the lack of knowledge about the fact that the problems may be solved in an alternative way without the involvement of the court. Hovhannisyan believes that the business community has not completely comprehended the standards of working with lawyers, therefore, many clients first try to solve problems in a roundabout way and only after failures turn to a lawyer or a mediator.
