Ombudsman of Artsakh Republic: We have got confidence issues
“We have got confidence issues; we should prove our sincere respect for human rights, which requires time.”
The program “Paradigm” hosts Human Rights Defender of the Artsakh Republic Ruben Melikyan. During the program, the ombudsman touches upon his visits to the US and European countries and their results. Ruben Melikyan emphasizes the importance of strong relations established with various organizations of diaspora, noting that today the issues related to Artsakh are a priority for the diaspora.
“We have got confidence issues; we should prove our sincere respect for human rights, which requires time,” said Ruben Melikyan, referring to the activity of the Artsakh Ombudsman's office.
