Minors

Media expert Samvel Martirosyan emphasizes that information related  to children should be treated with great caution. Unfortunately, this is a rarely discussed issue in Armenia, and as a result, we often witness negative phenomena. There is a rule that the information about underage people should be limited in the media and on social networks. For instance, if minors are involved in a criminal case and there is information on this case in the media, the children's images should not appear in the article. Yet even state structures often publish not only images of minors but also other data in their press releases. Whereupon this information is being disseminated through the media.
