Vagharshak Harutyunyan: If we concede the Artsakh issue, the war will reach the Armenian border

If Armenia agrees to resolve the Artsakh conflict in Azerbaijan's scenario, the war will reach the Armenian border. And if Azerbaijan saw our weakness, they would resort to military actions.
