Denis Dvornikov: Russia is a mystery for me

The people living in Armenia do not want to be Asians, they want to be Europeans.

Not only for observers but also for Russians it is difficult to understand who we are. Member of the Russian Association of International Law Denis Dvornikov adds that even for him Russia remains a mystery.

According to Dvornikov, the long-term projects, are written “in haste” in Russia. "Unfortunately, many significant projects that should have been created for years, even for centuries, are being created in a few months. Some political analysts write some papers in a hurry for some money in which they want to generalize and describe the millennial culture,” Denis Dvornikov says.

In this context, Dvornikov finds it difficult to answer the question, what does Russia propose to Armenia? “The fact that Eurasianism has already ‘decayed’ before it started is clear. The people living in Armenia do not want to be Asians, they want to be Europeans. Moreover, the people living in Moscow will never send their children to China, they will send them to Paris, to London, to Washington, to New York ...”, he emphasizes.
