Yura Navoyan: Armenia has an army and is able to defend itself

Chairman of Russia-based “Dialogue” NGO Yura Navoyan believes that Armenia is capable of defending itself, besides, RA has never officially requested the CSTO assistance. “I am soberly optimistic in terms of Armenian-Russian relations and I am convinced that the Armenian-Russian relations are not temporary, they are, indeed, strategic and promising,” he notes.
