Russia’s number one partner in the region is Azerbaijan: David Shahnazaryan

David Shahnazaryan believes that the final settlement of the Artsakh conflict is a serious threat to Russia's presence throughout the region. “The fact that it could have been a very serious military operation for us unleashed by Azerbaijan on Russia's instruction and full military support of Russia is obvious," he says.
