The appointment of the new Prime Minister may lead to internal fermentation

Garik Keryan describes the autumn of 2017 as “heated preparatory” before 2018

Head of Chair of Political Institutions and Processes at Yerevan State University Garik Keryan describes the autumn of 2017 as “heated preparatory” before 2018. Garik Keryan believes that further political discussions are going to be about personalities rather than the continuation of political course. “Those, who have organized a serious discourse about the Prime Minister, hope that the appointment of Karen Karapetyan or another figure instead of Serzh Sargsyan can definitely lead to manifestations of change of power.  According to Keryan, the appointment of the new Prime Minister may lead to internal fermentation.
