I am a living corpse; authorities have killed me. Homeless Armen Khaloyan

"Hard Talk" program hosts homeless Armen Khaloyan. Having returned to Armenia from Latvia in 2003, Khaloyan discovered that his apartment had been illegally sold. So far, he has not been able to restore his ownership rights. Khaloyan states that he is deprived of rights enshrined in the Constitution and cannot take advantage of social assistance programs. Finding himself in a hopeless condition, Khaloyan has applied to all relevant authorities: the police, National Security Service, Prosecutor's Office, HRD office, but his requests remain unanswered.
