The chairman of Yerevan Press Club Boris Navasardyan discussed the issue in the studio of "Paradigm" on Paradiplomacy TV, commenting on the situation with the political scientist Stepan Grigoryan, who was not allowed to enter Russia, declaring him persona non grata. According to Navasardyan, the situation is unclear and controversial for two main reasons: first of all, why the lists of political people declared persona non grata are not publicly available. Secondly, what mechanisms are considered in the formation of these lists. The guest is sure that Armenia should initiate negotiations with Russia at the official level - first requesting the list to be publicly available, after which starting the discussion of the issue.
