Pseudo-experts

Today media experts of various spheres share their opinions and observations with the public. Often some individuals present themselves as experts, but after a while, it becomes apparent that they are not at all experts. In Azerbaijan, for instance, they grow the media experts who are to work for the Armenian audience and we can see them in the press later. In fact, if someone presents himself as an expert it still does not mean anything.
